Contract, meetings and all!

First up: our contract will be arriving soon! I have submitted the updated work plan to the funders and they are writing up our grant agreement even as I type! I have the contractors lined up to start the infrastructure portion of the grant, and hope to get the survey finalized with that committee shortly.

Second, we have two meetings this week: the Demand Survey group and the Outreach Group are meeting jointly at Tuolumne county Behavioral Health to plan out the survey and we have a conference call with the funders regarding GIS mapping info.

i will be submitting our first quarterly report to the AC and the funders very soo, and will post it here as well.

Things are moving forward!
